     RAW safe house(TOC)

      Location: Peshawar

The Special task force team members are agency's NOC (Non-Operative Cover) agents stationed in Pakistan they were ordered to rendezvous in Peshawar safe house for briefing. Four STF members along with support packed into the TOC (tactical operations command).Power point on a flat screen were Operation Sibyllin is dissected.

VIKASH

Operation Sibyllin target is Abu Yasin local taliban leader. We are expecting 10 to 15 men resistance of local talis, Including this dude.

VIKASH (contd)

Tariq second in command for Yasin is a Raw NOC who  gave us the location of the target so make sure we bring him back alive.

ROBIN

You guys are going in with four member team recon,Jaye. Comms,Ranjeev. Nav.Vikash,medic.Arjun

This is the best pic we have and its current,Yasin was the master mind of Hyderabad movie theatre bomb blast last November in which 23 people killed and 17 injured.

Bad, guy senior Taliban commander was considered as a tier-one target by CIA was in-active for a couple of years before resurfacing in hyd BD.

VIKASH

We will be travelling in two SUV’s so that takes 6 hrs to reach Waziristan, were we will rendezvous with a CIA agent named Moore first name unknown who will deliver the toys.

RANJEEV 

Crytpo will be the wide band segment 6-7, we will be on two hour comm. Window. The region is very steep so expect typical comm problems. Problem so don’t jump to conclusions till we miss two windows.

VIKASH

There won’t be any good omen when you’re on a covert op, especially when you are in Pakistan, you do what you are ordered to do no questions asked. PLO is dispersed get some sleep if Sibyllin is a go we will be leaving at 0700 hrs.

(Every one expect vikash and robin leaves the room)

ROBIN

Thank you for defending me, life is imperfect your boys should learn that

(Vikash gives him a “Shut the fuck up” stare)

VIKASH

Yeah, holed up inside TOC life is imperfect for you but down there for us it’s Unforgiving.

ROBIN

I didn’t have any choice man I was just following orders

VIKASH

Now you know why I defended you and don’t ever insult my guys. Studying of combat strategies from book won’t buy you guts nor brains.

(Vikash leaves the TOC by slamming the door)

PROLOGUE

Two Indian soldiers in Grid 3154567 were reported to be killed by Pakistani army on 8^th January 2013 at 0300 hrs.

The report state that half dozen of Pakistan army Personnel wearing black combat suits infiltrated into Indian border around 0100 hrs; their infiltration was concealed by smog and mortar rounds across the LOC (line of control). The soldiers Jasprit Singh and Vikram Shingania belonging to northern command of Indian army were guarding border out posts chhatri and atma were killed. This Prompted the department of defence to station army troops across LOC to which Pakistan reacted by same stance, both countries were on verge of war.

To condense this tense situation the defence minister of India announced to press that a Flag Meet will be conducted between brigadier ranked officials of both countries but unconfirmed reports state that the Flag Meet never happened instead it was a covert operation by a special task force led by Major.Vikash Swarup . Both Indian and Pakistan Government denied these reports.
